After growing on grass all summer, the great taste and health benefits are contained in the meat. You will be able to see and taste the difference.
Local Meat Samplers are $81.50 each and available in the Fall.
Included in each LMS is;
6 Lbs of Beef
4 Lbs of Pork
5 Lbs Chicken
NOTE: Pork can be substituted for beef in our “Pork Free” LMS.
15 Lbs of premium cuts of meat are included like; Steaks, Pork Chops,
Roasts, Bacon, and Sausage.
All meat is frozen, individually packaged in plastic and paper and labeled according to Provincial Inspection and Labeling Laws.
You pay for the Packaged Weight of meat, just like you would at the grocery store. Each package of meat is weighed and labeled by the butcher, so we both know how much meat you are purchasing.
FREE-CHOICE Poultry – Our birds choose what they eat and when they eat. Poultry at our farm go in and out of their housing when they choose. They decide what grasses and bugs they eat, they choose if they want to eat grain. We provide them with fresh grass, a constant supply of organic grain, fresh water, clean housing, a place to roost each night and the protection from predators.
All meat is frozen, individually wrapped and boxed.
